Serve as technical support contact for systems of limited to moderate complexity, and support of a small number of systems of higher complexity. Maintain security protocols according to HIPAA regulations. Troubleshoot analog phone systems at multiple facilities in the eastern region. Install network equipment including Cat5e and conduit as needed to support staff. Configure and install Cisco Catalyst switches as needed to maintain network connectivity. Later this HTA was used as a template to design other automated mailers for various other autonomous tasks. Various enhancements included: Automatic reply redirects, message preview panes, and accidental send prevention.
